I don’t believe I’ve ever seen
a dish as wretched as poutine,
as served its customary way,
in gastronomic disarray.
I got some at a food truck stand,
a move compulsive and unplanned,
and instantly was much inclined
to leave the horrid stuff behind.
So should you think your lunch routine
might gain enhancement with poutine,
or ponder giving some a try,
take my advice and let it lie.
