Bob Whitmire is retired. He has been a soldier, journalist, social worker, antiques dealer, fine art photographer, husband, father, and grandfather. His poems have appeared in such outlets as One Sentence Poems, Right Hand Pointing, New Verse News, Poets Reading the News, Better Than Starbucks, and Persian Sugar in English Tea. His meditation cushion is the saddle of his Triumph Bonneville.
