Wendy was born and brought up in Wales, the ‘land of song’, and due to her innate sense of musicality, prefers to write using rhythm and rhyme rather than free verse. She spent her professional years teaching French but, now retired, enjoys composing verse and rising to the challenge of poetry forum contests.
