I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a Brie.

A cheese that sports a paper vest
To keep its crust from being stressed.

A wheel that's labelled to display
The price the purchaser must pay.

A slice that outdoes Camembert,
Blue Vinny, Emmental, Gruyère.

As such, it makes a gourmet drool
To contemplate this cheesy jewel.

Poems are penned by folks like me
But you need cows to make a Brie.
