Colin McNairn is a retired Canadian lawyer who has written two books about language, In a Manner of Speaking (Skyhorse Publishing, 2015) and Sports Talk (Friesen Press, 2017). His latest book is a collection of light verse, Signs of the Times through Reimagined Nursery Rhymes (Kelsay Books, 2021)
