Derek Healy lives in the Cotswolds. After reading English at university he ended up in social work and social care. Since retiring in a redundancy context at 55 he's gone back to writing poetry and having naps in the afternoon. He has been published in various magazines, and his first collection "Made Strange By Time" came out earlier this year (Matador 2018)
