Eileen Ivey Sirota has had a life-long love affair with words in every guise. She is a psychotherapist, potter and late-to-the-party poet in Bethesda, MD, and the author of a chapbook, Out of Order (Finishing Line Press, 2020). A second chapbook, tentatively entitled Watching from the Bleachers, is in the works. Her poems have been published in Ekphrastic Review, Calyx, District Lines, Beltway Poetry Quarterly, New Verse News, Lighten Up Online and elsewhere. Her poems (and her mood) swing wildly between wonder and rage.
