. . . was born in Cheshire, has lived since 1975 in rural Cumbria. Her first degree was in English Literature and she has written all her life. At college she edited a student magazine and the college’s annual poetry anthology, and was an active member of the Chester Poets. Sue works as a web manager, holding a Masters Degree in Multimedia. Besides poetry, she has published short stories, specialist equestrian articles, an award-winning non fiction book Hoofprints in Eden and a teenage novel Against the Odds. Recently she has had poetry read professionally at the Theatre on the Lake, Keswick, and poems accepted for Prole magazine, Snakeskin and Pirene's Fountain e-zines, and of course for Lighten Up Online.
